Real Time Response

CCTV on its own can be a useful deterrent to crime. Link CCTV cameras to a remote monitoring service and they move into a new league of effectiveness in the fight against criminal activity.

Real Time Response consists of two elements.

A CCTV system

An off-site monitoring centre

Put them together and you can catch intruders in the act. Crucially you can stop them before they cause any damage or steal from the site.

Our CCTV cameras can be triggered by a number of detection devices. Movement is the most common, but they could also be triggered by movement or when smoke detectors are activated.

Once the alert has been relayed to our remote Alarm Receiving Centre expert operatives swing into action. They have been specially trained to interpret the video images the camera relays to the ARC.

Once they have assessed the level of risk from the incident they choose the most appropriate response. That could be to use their remote link to on-site audio systems to alert intruders to the fact that they have been seen and to scare them off.

Alternatively they can call in the police or fire brigade, again dependent on the level of threat to the premises. Or they can alert an X714 security mobile patrol.

Whichever option they choose the client can rest assured that the incident will be safely and effectively dealt with, and they will be notified in accordance with their instruction to X714 security.

They have the choice of electing to be notified of any incident at any time of the day or night, or to be made aware of only serious threats, or being notified in normal working hours.

As part of our service X714 security will provide a full report of the incident, the response and the consequences.
